We Require At Least:

24-hours’ notice for appointments
Guests who cancel appointments without proper notice or do not show up for their reserved appointment times are considered a “NO SHOW”.

Why We Use It:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed two business days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that was booked months ago. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a NO SHOW fee will apply. 50% Of the Service Fee

Text Confirmations:

As a courtesy, we offer text and Emails confirmations that are sent out two business days prior to your appointment date. We also try to call every client that fails to respond to the Email confirmation. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the NO SHOW fee.
